History

Total Site Services opened its doors in 2007.  It started with just a handful of staff and one project and has grown into a competitive General Contractor. Over the past four years we have seen steady growth in the number of projects, project size and number of returning clients.

Experience

Total Site Services currently has a staff of 17 employees including project managers, estimators, superintendents, project engineers, document control staff, environmental safety, and health and quality manager.  We have the experience and ability to self perform the following types of work:

• Interior Demolition and Renovation
• Concrete Forming
• Rough Carpentry (Stick Framing, and Metal Framing)
• Finish Carpentry (Doors, Hardware, Casework, Millwork and specialty accessory installation)

Total Site Services is signatory to the following unions for D.O.E. work and has the ability to ramp up in the event of an end of the fiscal year surge in projects:

• Carpenters Union (Local 1849)
• Laborers Union (Local 348)
• Pipefitters Union (Local 598)
