In 2007, Lisa created Total Site Services, a woman owned, 8a-certified small disadvantaged business specializing in general construction. It started with just a handful of staff and one project and has grown into a company earning over $14,000,000 in revenue this year with 20 employees.

Shannon Toranzo

General Manager

18 years experience managing projects in the environmental remediation, science and technology, and construction industries. Projects included C-Reactor Decontamination & Demolition, Canyon Facility Disposition and Characterization, demolition and reconstruction of booster pump stations, Auto showroom and service buildings, Four Season Resort Developments, and various laboratory renovations and build outs. Projects ranged from $1.5 million to $25 million.

Jeff Jansen

Project Manager / Estimator

Over 25 years in the construction industry with a specialty in commercial and industrial HVAC, process systems, and other mechanical. He has managed numerous projects at the DOE Hanford site, for the USACE, along with projects in the medical, educational, food processing, and wine industries. Has previously managed lab renovation projects, but most recently completed a successful design build project for MSA. Jeff has completed USACE Construction Quality Management Training and his certification is current.

Nathan Weed

Project Engineer

4 years experience as a project engineer. Has worked on the construction of saline and silicon plants, specifically managed the mechanical piping installation. Has provided QA/QC field support, along with scheduling and tracking of progress on various construction projects. Nathan is a Certified Safety Trained Supervisor and is current on his USACE Construction Quality Management training.
