S&GW-1 Building Fit Out

Project Description: Build out of the 15,000 square foot Soil and Groundwater Facility.  Work includes civil, underground utilities, roadway and parking areas, pouring of the 700cy concrete slab, framing, drywall, construction of a structural steel mezzanine,  installation of new mechanical and electrical systems, and architectural finishes.
