Quality Assurance & Control

It is the commitment and policy of Total Site Services to:

  • Understand and meet the requirements of its clients while exceeding their service expectations.
  • Provide services and deliverables that are technically sound and are responsive to clients’ needs.
  • Maintain a focus on continuous improvement.

Our Quality Assurance Program and Procedures have been developed to ensure that construction is performed according to contract drawings and specifications, on time, and within a defined budget. It provides for controls, inspections, and tests necessary to achieve specified quality and identifies personnel, procedures, controls, instructions, tests, records, and forms to be used.

Our program is based on the national consensus standard ASME NQA-1-2004, Part I and meets the criteria of Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Part 830, Section 120, Subpart A and DOE Order 414.1C.

Similar to safety, the responsibility for the quality of our work is held by all Total Site Services staff from management to our field personnel and subcontractors. Our overall intent is to assure consistent customer satisfaction and continual improvement.
