At Total Site Services, we have developed a culture that promotes an injury-free environment and provides the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, clients and others who enter our construction sites. Our mantra is: “Never give Safety a day off.”
We are dedicated to elevating the standards for safety in the construction industry through a wide variety of methods including our safety program, innovative training, and education programs. We also provide our employees and subcontractors with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to increase safety, reduce risk, and improve loss control on every project we manage.

Quality Assurance & Control
It is the commitment and policy of Total Site Services to:
- Understand and meet the requirements of its clients while exceeding their service expectations.
- Provide services and deliverables that are technically sound and are responsive to clients’ needs.
- Maintain a focus on continuous improvement.
Our Quality Assurance Program and Procedures have been developed to ensure that construction is performed according to contract drawings and specifications, on time, and within a defined budget. It provides for controls, inspections, and tests necessary to achieve specified quality and identifies personnel, procedures, controls, instructions, tests, records, and forms to be used.
Similar to safety, the responsibility for the quality of our work is held by all Total Site Services staff from management to our field personnel and subcontractors. Our overall intent is to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and continual improvement.
