Total Site Services, LLC. (TSS) is a Woman-Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business that offers a complete range of construction services for projects of all sizes.
Our portfolio includes numerous new construction, design-build, build-outs, renovations and site civil projects. We have managed several industrial, commercial and government facility projects ranging in value from $50,000 to over $17,000,000. In addition to general construction services, Total Site Services also provides project support services such as drug & alcohol testing for employees.

HISTORY & EXPERIENCE
Total Site Services opened its doors in 2007.
It started with just a handful of staff and one project and has grown into a competitive General Contractor. Over years we have seen steady growth in the number of projects, project size, and number of returning clients
Total Site Services currently has a staff of 30+ employees including Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, Project Engineers, Document Control staff, Environmental Safety, and Health and Quality Manager. We have the experience and ability to self-perform the following types of work:
- Interior Demolition and Renovation
- Concrete Forming
- Rough Carpentry (Stick Framing, and Metal Framing)
- Finish Carpentry (Doors, Hardware, Casework, Millwork and specialty accessory installation)
