331 Lab Renovation

Project Description: Project included the demolition and renovation of over 15 laboratories in an old, contaminated radiological and biological laboratory building.   Project was held to NQA -1 quality standards.  Involved asbestos abatement, demolition , followed by new construction of walls and installation of new HVAC, electrical, and fire suppression systems, along with architectural features and finishes.
